Lelda Will

sm_leldaLelda Will, Founding Broker, is known everywhere for her uncompromising integrity, astounding intuition, refreshing candor, and a strong expertise helping clients buy, sell, and build true-custom homes on golf courses and acre-communities in the North Spring, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas. Many say she has a gift for cutting to the bottom line! She has a disarming sense of humor and quick southern wit, with loyal clients from all walks of life. Most of all, she is very protective of all the firm's clients and is grounded by an adamant common sense of right and wrong.

Lelda began her career in real estate as a loan processor with a predecessor of Bank of America, and from there she became an award-winning new home salesperson for Royce Homes and other builders including David Weekley and Partners-In-Building. As an independent agent, she worked for several national franchise names before striking out independently as "Lelda Will Properties." Lelda represented the developer of 21 lots along Willow Creek Golf Course in "The Greens" section of Northampton Estates, and she helped most of the original buyers through the process of building true custom homes on and off of the golf course. To this day nobody has more knowledge or expertise in true custom homes and the process of true custom building (from designing plans through moving in).

In 2003, Lelda was joined by her son Nick and they formed an effective and powerful partnership that saw the firm quintuple its sales in only 3 years. Under the firm name "Lelda Will Properties," they became the leading boutique brokerage in north Spring and worked with clients throughout Spring, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Tomball, and the inner loop as they still do with their private clients.

Lelda's many years of advising clients, from her award-winning and record-breaking origins selling new homes, to her unprecedented successes with custom-build new home sales, residential sales, and a variety of other real estate issues -- all of this experience with her many loyal clients over the years and loyal industry colleagues, it all adds up to an incredible force in helping clients and the firm's agents everywhere achieve their personal and business goals.

Nick Will

picture_3_-_copyNick Will, Managing Broker & Harvard MBA, believes the best brokerage is not a sales organization, but rather a full professional deal-making and services firm. "We're not a middle man, we're out in front," he says. "Our profession is widely misunderstood inside and out of it, we think. Our firm is unique. We see ourselves as private investment advisers and specialists. Because like stocks, the value of real estate is all on paper until you go to buy or sell."

Nick has worked and lived in Austin, Manhattan, Boston, and Washington D.C., and began his career as a Fortune 500 consultant with international consultancies in areas of business ethics, policy compliance, organizational policy, and related internal audit. In business school he focused on issues of corporate & entrepreneurial strategy, corporate diplomacy, and entrepreneurial finance including real estate with the world renowned real estate fund manager, Professor Arthur I. Segel.

His other famed HBS professors include Profs. Rosabeth Moss Kanter, Bruce Scott, Frances X. Frei, Julio Rotemberg, Richard Tedlow, Joe Lassiter, Bharat Anand, Lynn S. Paine, Thomas McCraw, Nirmalya Kumar, Michael Watkins, Walter Kuemmerle, Joshua Margolis, Richard M.J. Bohmer (M.D.), among others. Influential professors from The University of Texas include Profs. Betty Sue Flowers, Minette Drumwright, Frank Richardson, Michael Starbird, Austin Gleeson, and Erwin F. Cook. Other important career mentors include Dr. Barbara Ley Toffler, Dr. Mary C. Gentile, and Dennis Boyter.

Nick Will heads up the firm's commercial real estate services under the brand Will & Will Commercial Real Estate Brokers. He is a trained vocalist and pianist, and his prized possession is a new 6'1" Hardman grand piano. Nick lives in The Woodlands with his much beloved pit bull, "Tank," whom he adopted 6 years ago from The Animal Rescue League of Boston.
