 Jack Rutledge comes to Will & Will Real Estate Brokers from The Woodlands Custom Homes Center, where he has spent the past 14 years selling exclusively new luxury custom homes in The Woodlands. As a licensed agent Jack has personally sold nearly 300 custom homes topping $200 Million in overall sales, netting an average selling price of $700,000. He is recognized throughout the area real estate community and is highly respected for winning Top Producer awards for many years. His success is attributed to a "client first" attitude and unyielding integrity which has gained him client loyalty and a strong referral network. For 14 highly-productive years, he collaborated with custom homebuilders, The Woodlands Corporation (now known as The Woodlands Development Company) and prospective home buyers to ensure construction plans met The Woodlands' building standards as well as buyers' exacting expectations. Jack served in the United States Military during the Viet Nam era. He attended Michigan State University and has been in sales for over 40 years. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Jack spent nearly 15 years with Tom Peacock Cadillac as Fleet Sales Manager,where he was in the top 3% in Cadillac sales volume nationally. Professional affiliations include the Houston Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Montgomery County Association of Realtors, and The Porsche Club of America. Jack has lived in The Woodlands for 29 years with his wife Starr who is the former General Manager of The Woodlands Athletic Club. Jack and Starr have 3 grown children and 9 grandchildren, 5 of whom reside in The Woodlands.
